RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your Montazami Brand purchase, you may exchange it or receive store credit by sending it back unworn and in the original tote bag to our return processing facility. Exchanges or store credit returns are only eligible to customers who contact our representatives before 14 days after the original delivery date.
How To Return Your Order:
1. Email email@example.com and provide your full name, address, and your reason for returning your item.
2. Place the item back in its original packaging and make sure the condition of the garment meets our requirements for a return (see below). Ship to our return address (see below).
3. Montazami Brand will contact you about the status of your return once we receive your return package. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is unable to be re-sold.
Conditions that are unable to be re-sold: dirty, worn, laundered, torn, and altered.
No refunds. We do not cover shipping costs for exchanges or store credit returns.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
